dYdX Chain pays DYDX trading rewards based on fees paid, ran seasonal Surge rebates through June 2026, and routes 75% of net fees into DYDX buybacks while stakers earn USDC.
Status note (2026-07-05): Surge concluded Season 15 on 2026-06-30 with no successor announced. dYdX Labs separately launched Arcus on Robinhood Chain 2026-07-01; the Foundation states dYdX Chain rewards, staking, and the buyback continue unchanged. Points may never convert to tokens. The team sets any conversion ratio at distribution time. Never trade solely to farm an airdrop.
