How to use a crypto exchange referral code
Most crypto futures exchanges offer referral or sign-up bonus codes that give new users a discount on trading fees — typically between 4% and 20% off, applied automatically for the life of your account. Some platforms also offer deposit bonuses or fee credit on top of the discount. You apply the code during registration, and the savings kick in from your first trade.
Fee discounts grow with your volume. At a 0.05% taker fee, $100,000 of monthly volume costs $50 in fees. A 10% discount saves $5 of that each month, and $50 a month at $1,000,000. Pair a referral discount with a platform that already has competitive base fees and the savings become meaningful.
