What Zeta Markets is

Zeta runs on Solana and uses a central limit order book (CLOB) rather than an AMM. On-chain order books work on Solana because of its throughput — roughly 50,000 transactions per second with sub-second finality. That is far faster than EVM chains. Zeta vs Drift and Mango on Solana

Solana's perp DEX landscape includes Drift, Mango Markets, Phoenix, and Zeta. Drift is the largest by volume and has completed its initial token distribution. Mango runs a more complex multi-asset margin model. Zeta's CLOB is closer to a traditional derivatives exchange than either.
