Paradex gives XP points for trading volume and other platform activity. With code bonus300, 1,000 base points become 1,100 points. The bonus applies to all points from the points program.

The code does not change the fee. Web orders and API orders with an interactive JWT count as Retail. Retail orders pay 0% maker and 0% taker. Default API orders count as Pro orders. Pro orders pay a fee on both sides, and the taker rate falls on a 14-day volume ladder.

The Paradex restricted-persons page bars US persons and Canadian persons. Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk and Sevastopol are also restricted. The docs describe wallet onboarding and do not mention an identity check.

Paradex Chain is an appchain on the Starknet stack. It posts ZK-verified state diffs to Ethereum. Deposits go through the Paradex bridge on Ethereum. Withdrawals unlock after a proof is verified on Ethereum. The docs describe no forced withdrawal path, and Paradex can limit withdrawals in a lockdown.

In January 2026, a database upgrade reset the funding index to 0 on some markets. The fault caused wrong liquidations. Paradex halted the venue and rolled its chain back for the first time. It refunded $650,000 to 200 accounts from the Liquidator Vault.
