Open the referral link on this page. The link loads code AWD into the Crypto.com sign-up form. Create the account, then complete identity verification (KYC). Futures fees behind the offer
The bonus does not change the fee rates. Crypto.com lists 0.02% maker and 0.04% taker on perpetual futures at the base level. From a Norwegian IP, the Fees & Limits page showed only the Spot tab, so we could not re-read the futures rates. Treat both figures as unconfirmed until you see them in your own account.
BTCUSD-PERP allows up to 100x leverage. Funding settles every hour, not every 8 hours. The Derivatives Trading Terms, dated 22 December 2025, come from Foris DAX Limited.
Eligibility for derivatives and the reserves record
Crypto.com blocks derivatives in 84 locations (geo-restriction list). The list includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Switzerland and Norway. The list also includes most EU states, such as France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. In a blocked location, you cannot trade perps on Crypto.com.
Two licences matter for perps. Foris DAX Middle East FZE holds an active VARA licence in Dubai that includes VA derivatives trading. Foris DAX MT Limited holds a MiCA authorisation from the Malta Financial Services Authority, but MiCA does not cover derivatives. We did not re-read the Singapore, UK, France and US claims.
Mazars Group verified a Proof of Reserves snapshot dated December 7, 2022. On September 26, 2026, the Crypto.com page still named that snapshot as the latest.
