Bit2Me operates in the EU through Bitcoinforme S.L., supervised by the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores in Spain. The authorization was granted in October 2025 and covers 7 of the 10 MiCA crypto-asset services — the #3 broadest licence among the 16 authorized exchanges we track. One authorization passports across all 27 EU member states plus the wider EEA, so Spain-based supervision covers customers bloc-wide.
Standard spot fees are 0.5% maker / 0.6% taker — above the 0.25% median across MiCA-authorized venues. The EU entity is currently spot-only: MiCA does not cover derivatives, and Bit2Me has not yet activated a MiFID II entity for EU perps.
