edgeX has the smallest gap between maker and taker rates of the venues here that charge makers: 0.5 bps. Funding settles every 4 hours on edgeX, which the settlement records confirm.
edgeX discounts and fee conditions

edgeX funding interval and leverage cap
edgeX settles funding every 4 hours by default. The edgeX BTC perpetual allows leverage of up to 100x.
